Regional Director of Women’s Centers -North, Regional Director of Women’s Centers – South, Director of Client Programs and Engagement, HFPC Practice Manager, and WCO Medical Manager

Strategic Planning, Medical Committee

The Senior Director of Women’s Services is responsible for the operations in all Women’s Center locations, as well as Holy Family Prenatal Care, ensuring services are provided in accordance with the ENLC’s mission, vision, strategic plan, and business plan.

Primary Duties Essential Functions

Oversee all Women’s Center and HFPC operations.

Supervises the Regional Director of Women’s Centers-North, Regional Director of Women’s Centers-South, Director of Client Programs and Engagement, HFPC Practice Manager, and WCO Medical Manager.

Meet regularly with supervisees, conduct performance reviews, and approve all paperwork as appropriate.

Provide professional leadership to staff and volunteers.

Attend technical meetings, advisory meetings, and other events as appropriate.

Serve as an active member and representative of the organization in all coalitions, fostering collaborative relationships and effectively communicating the organization’s mission, values, and priorities.

Plan, coordinate, and deliver in-service trainings for staff across all centers and HFPC.

Lead classroom training for all new center staff and annually evaluate and update training to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Conduct interviews for all open positions across centers and HFPC.

Maintain proficiency across multiple electronic record systems to troubleshoot issues and generate accurate reports and data for accountability.

Client Services

Set a tone of compassion, acceptance, and availability to client needs as a model for staff and volunteers.

Assure quality client care by ongoing communication with WCO Medical Manager regarding quality monitoring, data collection, evaluation, and analysis according to ACOG, Heartbeat and OSHA standards as well as protocols approved by the Medical Director.

Provide technical expertise for changes and updates regarding prenatal ultrasounds, client consulting and post-abortion.

In coordination with the Women’s Center Directors and Director of Human Resources, develop, revise, and delete Women’s Centers policies and procedures.

Oversee training and documentation for all Women’s Center medical and consulting staff.

Public Relations

Represent ENLC to community agencies and the media on a regular basis.

Participate in efforts of our affiliated organizations, assisting in the training of other centers as requested.

Coordinate and participate in outreach efforts for both clients and donors.

Works with Executive Director, Sr. Director of Operations, Director of Development and Fiscal Director to ensure compliance with approved budget.

Communicates all expenses and income to Fiscal Director.

Provide approval of purchases within budgetary constraints as required.

Participate in fund-raising activities to support the centers, seek out donors, grants and other opportunities to bring funding into the centers.

Maintain a close working relationship with the external billing provider for HFPC to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Employee Safety, Welfare, Wellness and Health (in coordination with Director of Human Resources)

Oversee, manage, and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act program requirements.

Coordinate the training of all personnel on OSHA requirements as needed.

Maintain and prepare all required forms and documents.

Organizational Development

Member of the Strategic Planning and Medical Committee.

Participate on committees and special projects as requested.

Member of the senior staff; conducts training and meetings with managers as needed, serves on special boards or taskforces as requested.

Strategic Management

Assist in the development of annual outcome goals for all pertinent strategic initiative(s).

Track and document steps taken to achieve annual outcome goals.

Achieve annual outcome goals as outlined in the appropriate business plan.

Conducts probationary, semi‑annual and annual reviews for all staff under her supervision as appropriate.

Meets bi‑weekly with Executive Director as part of on‑going supervision.

Serves on special taskforces, meets with other centers as a liaison to ENLC, and performs other community functions which speak to the overall responsibilities as a member of the senior staff.

Secondary Functions

Assist with management of ENLC properties to assure that the buildings and premises are kept clean, up to code and in appropriate condition for the rendering of all services.

Other duties pertaining to the mission of the organization as assigned by the Executive Director.

Job Requirements Experience, Education and Licensure College degree preferred. Management/Administrative experience, including managing/supervising a staff of 5 or more. Three – five years' experience in the non-profit sector with preference given to pregnancy center or other pro‑life organization experience. Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA, ACOG, and OSHA standards if applicable.

Language Skills Must have highly developed interpersonal skills; ability to meet people with ease; ability to communicate the written and spoken word with tact and diplomacy; good organizational skills, well disciplined, able to meet deadlines, self‑starter, able to work under pressure; ability to work well effectively with others. Ability to effectively present information to senior management, employee groups and/or boards of directors. Demonstrated problem solving ability and the logical/rational ability to formulate effective solutions. Ability to use computer and associated software with little or no assistance. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment and Physical Demands The noise level in the work environment is low–moderate. While fulfilling the responsibilities of this position, the employee is required to sit, stand and/or walk. Specific vision abilities required by the position include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.

Other Driving to and from various locations is required. Mileage may be reimbursed by ENLC. Occasional nights and weekends may be required. Maintain professional expertise by participating in appropriate educational conferences and programs to develop and maintain professional knowledge and skill.

Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.

Ability to think and make decisions "on the spot" but with the wisdom to know when to research more fully.

Ability to dress professionally and present the best face to the public for ENLC.

Demonstrate a warm and approachable personality who can understand and work with all kinds of people to achieve successful outcomes.

Strong personal motivation, initiative, sense of responsibility.

Excellent knowledge of computers and willingness to learn new skills as needed.
