The Art: Storytelling, Canva, Video, Community The Opportunity We are a family-friendly start-up in hyper-growth mode, scaling from 18 to nearly 40 locations this year. Our brand is our most valuable asset. We need a Creative & Brand Marketing Manager to ensure our "soul" stays intact. You are the creative engine of the company, responsible for the visual identity, the narrative, and the "marketing-in-a-box" tools that empower our franchisees to win in their local markets.
Key Responsibilities
Multimedia Production:
Be our lead "creator." Produce high-impact visual assets, short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), and graphics using Canva/Adobe that build trust and excitement with families.
Campaign & Promotion Development:
Design and launch effective system-wide promotions with trackable results. Develop the strategy and "marketing-in-a-box" toolkits (flyers, social, email) so franchisees can execute high-performing promotions immediately.
High-Intent Content:
Own the editorial calendar for our socials, bulk emails, and blogs. Write and manage content designed to attract parents looking for activities and entrepreneurs looking for investments.
Social Strategy & Virality:
Own the execution of our national social channels. Build authority on LinkedIn and drive engagement/virality on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook by staying ahead of trends.
Asset Library & Presentation Design:
Organize our national photo/video library for searchable franchisee access. Own the "look and feel" of all corporate slide decks, from investor pitches to training webinars.
PR & Media Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for PR inquiries. Draft press releases for milestones and coordinate local media opportunities for franchisees.
Website Copywriting:
Craft compelling, conversion-focused copy for our national site, franchise recruitment pages, and 40+ local location pages.
Franchisee Creative Training:
Act as the "Brand Coach." Train owners on how to tell their story, execute community marketing (influencers, school partnerships, local events), and use our creative tools.
Meet the Team Day (MTTD):
Present the marketing "vision" during monthly events in Chester, MD, helping to close prospective franchise candidates.
Collaborative Partnership:
Work in a tight "Brand & Growth" pod alongside our Growth & Performance Manager to ensure technical strategy and creative vision are aligned.
How We Measure Success
Sales by Source:
Evidence of bookings originating from your managed channels (Email, Social, Blog).
Conversion Growth:
Improved open/click rates on bulk emails and conversion rates on high-intent website and blog content.
Promotion Performance:
High franchisee participation and successful booking rates driven by your campaign creative.
Brand Consistency:
100% adherence to visual and verbal identity across all 38+ locations.

Who You Are
The Practical Creator:
A "doer" who lives in Canva and CapCut. You enjoy picking up the camera, writing the hook, and building assets that move the needle.
The Visual Storyteller:
You have a high "taste level" and know how to make content feel premium yet approachable.
The Wordsmith:
You can pivot from a playful blog for parents to a high-stakes LinkedIn post for investors.
The Organized Librarian:
You understand that great content is only useful if the franchisees can find it.
A Natural Coach:
You have the patience to teach a first-time business owner how to win in their local community.
