In this role, you will lead the creative vision and execution of high-impact video advertising campaigns for a mobile game, shaping how millions of players discover and engage with the product. Positioned at the crossroads of marketing, analytics, and game design, you will transform player insights into compelling, performance-driven creatives. You’ll oversee a fast-paced production pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of innovative ad formats that capture attention and drive installs. This role blends storytelling with data, requiring both creative intuition and analytical thinking. You’ll continuously experiment, iterate, and refine concepts to optimize campaign performance. Accountabilities

Define and execute a comprehensive creative strategy for video ads, including diverse formats such as gameplay edits, cinematic trailers, user-generated content, and experimental concepts

Lead and manage a team of video editors, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, high-volume creative assets

Collaborate closely with user acquisition teams to analyze performance metrics (e.g., hook rates, retention, conversion), using insights to refine and optimize campaigns

Monitor industry trends across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and other mobile ad networks to maintain a competitive edge

Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify winning creative patterns and emerging opportunities

Ensure brand consistency across all creatives while encouraging bold experimentation within short-form video constraints

Requirements

5+ years of experience in mobile gaming, performance marketing, or a creative agency environment focused on digital advertising

Proven track record of producing ad creatives that drive measurable results, such as increased installs or improved campaign performance

Strong understanding of short-form video dynamics, especially the importance of the first few seconds in capturing user attention

Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal is a plus

Ability to balance data insights with creative instincts, knowing when to iterate and when to take calculated risks

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
