WHO YOU ARE: You own the development, execution, and governance of marketing performance measurement frameworks, overseeing campaign reporting, attribution, and optimization analytics to ensure marketing investments drive measurable impact. You are a strategic, data driven analytics leader and trusted partner to marketing, product, and business stakeholders, with deep expertise in marketing measurement, consumer banking products, and performance storytelling. You deliver high quality reporting and actionable insights, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and collaborate cross functionally to optimize acquisition, engagement, retention, and portfolio growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Marketing Performance Measurement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for marketing performance measurement, including standardized KPIs, dashboards, methodologies, and reporting cadences.

Campaign Reporting & Optimization: Lead end‑to‑end campaign performance reporting, including pre‑campaign benchmarking, in‑flight optimization, and post‑campaign readouts across digital, direct mail, email, and paid media channels.

Attribution & Measurement: Establish measurement methodologies such as attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and controlled experiments to determine true marketing impact.

Product‑Focused Insights: Analyze marketing performance in the context of banking product economics—e.g., member acquisition, product adoption, cross‑sell, engagement, balances, and profitability.

Dashboard Development: Build and maintain visually compelling dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) that deliver timely, consistent marketing insights across channels and products.

Data Analysis & Interpretation: Extract, transform, and analyze data from first‑party and third‑party sources to uncover performance drivers, channel effectiveness, and audience‑level insights.

Cross‑Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, BI/Data Engineering, Finance, and MarTech teams to ensure alignment on reporting needs, data definitions, and success metrics.

Test & Learn Analytics Program: Oversee marketing experimentation analytics including A/B tests, offer tests, channel mix tests, audience targeting tests, and landing page optimization.

Vendor & Tool Management: Manage relationships with analytics, media, and measurement partners to ensure high‑quality performance data, integrations, and insights.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting, strengthen data quality, and standardize performance measurements across the organization.

Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERENCES:

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Marketing, or related field required

8+ years in campaign performance measurement, marketing analytics, or marketing data strategy required

A strong background in financial services is a plus. Proven experience developing KPIs, reporting frameworks, and driving insights that influence marketing strategy.

Strong working knowledge of consumer financial products and how marketing impacts product adoption and portfolio growth.
