Construction Foreman/Assistant Superintendent with Multi-Family Experience

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Foreman to support a multi‑unit project in the Ellensburg area. This role will be responsible for assisting with daily site operations and stepping in to run the job site when the Superintendent is off‑site.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day construction activities on site
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed on schedule
Maintain quality control across all phases of construction
Enforce job site safety standards and company policies
Communicate effectively with the Superintendent and project team
Step in to manage the site independently when needed
What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a well‑rounded Foreman who understands all aspects of construction and can confidently lead a job site. Candidates will be asked about their strengths during the interview process, but broad knowledge across trades is key to success in this role.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Foreman in multi‑family or residential construction
Strong working knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Ability to manage crews and keep projects on track
Experience with Procore is a plus, but not required
Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
Must be local to the Ellensburg area (within 30–45 minutes)
