R100856**Job Overview**Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated **Cloud ERP Implementation Consultant** to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving transformation in healthcare operations through the implementation of innovative technology solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.**Responsibilities*** Collaborate with team members who will help you discover ways to empower leaders, clinicians, employees, affiliates, and communities to achieve positive patient outcomes.* Interact one on one with all levels of healthcare and consulting professionals to grow and broaden your perspectives and career.* Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud ERP software solutions for clients.* Participate in discovery sessions to understand client business processes and requirements.* Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.* Document system configurations, test cases, and user training materials.* Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.* Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to ensure project milestones are met.* Learn ERP system functionality and stay current on product updates and best practices.**Qualifications****Education and Experience*** Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general), **Expected Graduation: May 2026*** Exposure to business operations such as HR, Finance/Accounting, and Supply Chain.* Internship or academic experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, etc.)**Skills and Competencies*** Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving business operations through technology improvement projects* Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions* Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level* Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing**Additional Information*** **Travel:** Ability to travel 50% of the time* **Work Schedule:** Full time, August 2026 start* **Authorization:** Must be authorized to work in the US, visa sponsorship not supportedAt Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of **$75,000 - $82,000.** For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
