Senior Manager Of Marketing Analytics & Planning ClearChoice is seeking a senior manager of marketing analytics & planning to help execute our growth strategy through data-driven decision making and disciplined marketing investment. This leader will partner closely with our media agency, marketing, analytics, and finance teams to ensure campaigns are meeting performance goals while continuously identifying opportunities for optimization. The role will oversee marketing planning and budgeting throughout the year leveraging various analyses to guide investment decisions and scenario planning. By analyzing trends, campaign performance, and media effectiveness across channels, this leader will deliver actionable insights that improve efficiency and maximize impact while delivering strong financial stewardship across all marketing investments. This role will report directly to the VP of performance and digital marketing.
Essential responsibilities include:
Analyze trends, data analytics, and performance metrics to help marketing teams optimize campaigns and content for efficiencies and effectiveness.
Collaborate with our media agency, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are contributing to growth.
Own marketing planning and budgeting throughout the year using diminishing return curve analyses and creating various monthly planning scenarios.
Leverage incrementality analyses and marketing mix modeling (MMM) insights to optimize marketing budget allocation.
Present reports and insights to senior leadership, making data-driven recommendations for how to improve performance.
Champion a culture of testing and learning to continuously refine strategies and maximize impact.
Work closely with analytics and finance on modeling and evaluating new campaign tests.
Monitor spend by partner, tracking budget utilization, reconciling budgets against planned allocations, and ensuring accurate reporting and cost control across partners.
Requirements/qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
7+ years of experience in marketing and analytics.
Deep experience in leveraging data to drive customer acquisition.
Experience in testing measurement, incrementality, and diminishing return curves is required.
Proven track record of driving growth for consumer brands, preferably in a DTC environment that is brand and ROI focused.
Hands on approach with all marketing channels with exceptional attention to detail.
Managing day to day marketing campaigns is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing measurement.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Base pay range: $125,000 - $155,000, plus 15% annual bonus (actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.) A generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match.
