Job Title Field Marketing Manager Job Description Your role Leading portfolio lifecycle management and product readiness activities in partnership with cross‑functional leaders. Including, demand planning, availability updates, and serving as the primary contact for assigned portfolios. Adapting and localizing global marketing assets to the North America market to support targeted campaigns. Ensuring all materials align with customer journeys and drive effective program performance. Managing creation of product displays and promotional assets by translating stakeholder input into clear creative briefs. Overseeing vendor delivery to ensure assets meet business and brand requirements. Maintaining deep expertise in Sleep & Respiratory Care offerings and providing downstream product support to commercial teams. This includes delivering sales training, product updates, and customer communications. Driving successful new product introductions and contribute to annual marketing planning with insights and tactical recommendations. Continuously improving marketing programs and enable portfolio positioning with effective sales tools. You're the right fit if You've acquired 2+ years of experience executing go‑to‑market strategies using market trend and customer insight analysis, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing strategy. Experience with B2B marketing, highly preferred. Your skills include: Demonstrated success working in cross-functional teams, with proven ability to deliver and strive for continuous improvement. Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and unforeseen urgent requests. You have a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Product Management or 6+ years of equivalent marketing experience. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position . You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal and possess dynamic presentation skills. US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
