
Brand Marketing Intern

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team in the Tampa Bay area. This role is ideal for a current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, multi‑brand organization. The Marketing Intern will support a variety of initiatives including digital content creation, campaign execution, and event planning while helping maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities Support the creation, scheduling, and management of social media content across multiple platforms
Assist with website content updates, blog posts, and overall digital content management
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events, including on‑site support and post‑event follow‑up
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including research, content creation, and performance tracking
Monitor and assess marketing performance analytics to generate insights and recommendations for campaign refinement
Research current market landscape, including competitors, trends, and audience behavior, to support strategic planning
Help ensure brand integrity and consistency across all marketing materials and communications within a multi‑brand organization
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support ongoing marketing initiatives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision‑making
Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing projects as needed
Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
Based in or able to commute to the Tampa Bay area
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends
Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills Experience with social media management or content creation (personal or academic projects acceptable)
Basic understanding of WYSIWIG website content management systems
Interest in event planning and brand marketing
