Job Summary
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Marketing Specialist – Oncology Hematology in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The Specialist provides day‑to‑day support to Product Managers, executive leaders, and cross‑functional teams by coordinating assets, timelines, approvals, and communications across product initiatives. They also support internal reviews and audits to ensure accuracy, timeliness, compliance and quality of output.
Key Responsibilities
Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas, with active learning through training and team support.
Gathering market and customer insights and supporting data collection and analysis.
Assist with digital tools and basic data analysis for campaign execution.
Support strategic and tactical planning, and learn about brand strategy and regulatory context.
Collect and organize data; interpret metrics to support marketing decisions.
Prioritize patient and provider needs and support ethical marketing practices.
Work effectively with cross‑functional teams, open to feedback and learning.
Track expenses and coordinate vendors, learning budget processes.
Support project timelines and coordination, following internal processes.
Understand basic compliance standards to ensure alignment with guidelines.
Build communication skills and support alignment with internal stakeholders.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and coordinate with sales and product teams.
Demonstrate company values and team spirit, taking ownership of tasks.
