Dive Bomb Industries is looking for a highly capable Senior Graphic Designer, Marketing to support creative execution across digital, print, retail, and event environments.

In addition to a broad range of design responsibilities, this role will be responsible for the design and execution of all email marketing campaigns for Dive Bomb Industries. The ideal candidate has strong design instincts, high-level execution skills, and the ability to create polished, visually engaging work across a wide variety of brand and marketing needs. Experience with Klaviyo is a plus.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom, and who can concept, design, refine, and prepare assets across multiple formats while maintaining a high visual standard and strong brand consistency.

This role will work directly under the direction of the Marketing Director and closely alongside the Marketing Production Manager to execute creative that supports the brand and the business at a high level.

What You’ll Do

Design and execute all email marketing campaigns for Dive Bomb Industries

Design and iterate on product packaging while ensuring brand consistency and retail readiness

Develop and maintain product labels, including UPC and barcode integration and other compliance‑related requirements

Create hang tags and supporting product collateral for retail environments

Produce planograms and visual merchandising layouts to support in‑store presentation

Design static digital advertisements for web, social, and broader marketing campaigns

Create and evolve brand assets, including logo development and other visual identity elements

Design flyers, brochures, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral

Produce event and trade show signage to support a cohesive brand presence across environments

Collaborate on apparel graphics and merchandise design as needed

Prepare and deliver production‑ready files for both digital and print formats

Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high visual standard across all touchpoints

Work closely with the Marketing Director and Marketing Production Manager to execute creative that supports broader business and marketing goals

What We’re Looking For

Proven graphic design experience in a marketing‑focused environment

Strong experience designing and executing email marketing campaigns

Experience with

Klaviyo

is a plus

High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom

Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and production setup

Experience creating assets for both digital and print formats

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality execution

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to take direction, iterate quickly, and maintain consistency across a wide variety of creative needs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer product marketing

Experience with packaging, labeling, retail collateral, and event signage

Experience in outdoor, hunting, fishing, or lifestyle brands is a plus

Understanding of how creative contributes to performance across email, web, and paid marketing channels
