Randstad is seeking a high-energy, bilingual (English/Spanish) Guest Relations Professional to join a small team of tight-knit, family-oriented customer service representatives. This role is designed for a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the lead on a critical system implementation. You will play a key role in helping our valued members seamlessly transition and align their memberships to our new platform, ensuring an elite experience every step of the way.
Salary: $18 - $19 per hour
Shift: First
Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
Education: High School
Responsibilities
CRM Management:
Handle data entry, update customer memberships, and manage accounts within the company database.
Customer Support:
Act as the first point of contact via phone and email. Maintain high standards of phone etiquette.
Bilingual Communication:
Assist customers and handle correspondence fluently in both English and Spanish.
Office Operations:
Support the management team with daily administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Required Skills
Experience:
Proven experience using a CRM or similar customer database.
Communication:
Professional phone presence and the ability to write clearly in both English and Spanish.
