
Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist serves as a key driver of marketing execution and growth strategy across the organization. This role partners closely with field teams and leadership to identify business needs, develop targeted marketing initiatives, and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels. This position operates in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. The ideal candidate is adaptable, decisive, and confident, capable of both taking direction and providing thoughtful feedback when needed.
Responsibilities
Act as a primary liaison between marketing and field teams to identify opportunities, align priorities, and support business goals
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, direct mail, etc
Manage and optimize email marketing efforts, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking
Oversee all brand touchpoints to ensure consistency across digital, print, and infield experiences
Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of partnerships and sponsorships to drive brand awareness and community engagement
Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including trade shows, community events, and sponsorship activations
Attend events outside of standard business hours as needed to support marketing initiatives and brand presence
Collaborate with external agencies to execute campaigns, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives
Support and manage aspects of the company's CRM and marketing automation system, including Service Titan Marketing Pro and Netic
Coordinate the creation, production, and distribution of print materials and promotional items
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI
Identify and proactively address marketing needs across business units in a constantly evolving environment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
At least 2 years of experience within the home services industry. HVAC, Electric,
Plumbing, Appliance Repair, or Roofing preferred
Hands‑on experience with Service Titan's Marketing Pro (strongly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to successfully automate key processes
Experience executing multi‑channel campaigns, including email, digital, and direct mail
Strong understanding of brand management and customer life cycle marketing
Experience working cross‑functionally with operations or field team
Preferred Skills
Experience managing agency relationships and external vendors
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI tools
Strong project management and organizational skills
Rigorous attention to detail
Data‑driven mindset with experience in analyzing campaign performance
Experience with print production and promotional merchandise
Event Planning and coordination experience
