Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Benefits

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales department and other business functions to ensure efficient daily operations and effective communication. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support to the Sales Support department and cross‑functional teams Coordinate and complete administrative and project‑based work as assigned by management Maintain organized records and ensure administrative processes are followed accurately Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Customer & Visitor Interaction
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors by welcoming and directing them to appropriate staff Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Respond to internal and external inquiries by providing accurate information or directing requests appropriately Order & Operational Support
Review orders and provide backup support for order entry as needed Support daily departmental operations to ensure continuity and efficiency Communication, Compliance & Engagement
Attend required meetings and training sessions Demonstrate ongoing adherence to company standards, values, and policies (“The Kao Way”) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an administrative or administrative support role • Prior experience supporting office, customer service, or operational functions preferred Skills and Abilities
• High ethical standards with strong attention to detail and sound judgment • Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast‑paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Self‑directed with strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills • Customer‑focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information • Comfortable using, learning, and adapting to AI‑enabled tools and technologies to support administrative efficiency and business operations; prior experience with Conexiom is a plus.
