Marketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing processes, events and highlight visible projects. Working as a marketing coordinator requires performing a wide range of administrative and marketing support duties related to the daily operations of the department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, town halls, summits, sponsorships and other events the company participates in both internally and externally.

Coordinate logistics for events, including signage, promotional materials, giveaway items, etc. and working with technical support.

On occasion provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise

Lead development of marketing catalog and inventory management and monitoring.

Manager swag and promotional items closet inventory, re-ordering and organization.

Assist with budget and invoice processing to ensure compliance with marketing spend requests, budgeting. Work with cross functional teams to submit invoices and ensure payment.

Maintaining communication with all organizations and providing prompt answers to requests in order to determine how to convey concise, clear, and timely selective information.

Partner with team on responding to marketing requests as necessary.

Help maintain and update company intranet in coordination with various departments

Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams as a internal brand champion.

Comfortable in working with project management systems for documenting and tracking activities. Support collaborates across entire company and best practices.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of all social networking platforms

Ability to make effective analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities under pressure and deadlines

Ability to work well within a team environment and independently

Flexibility to change and be comfortable in a fast paced environment
