We are hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) wealth management firm located in
Overland Park, KS.
Known for their strong team culture and high-touch client service, this firm is seeking a
Client Experience Manager
who will play a key role in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience for both clients and employees.
This is not just a front desk or administrative role—it’s a
relationship-driven, culture-shaping position .
You’ll be the person who:
Greets clients
Makes sure every visit feels personal and seamless
Keeps the office running like a well-oiled machine
Supports both day-to-day operations and special events
What You’ll Be Responsible For - Client Experience & Front Office Presence
Serve as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors
Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
Build genuine relationships with clients over time
Create a welcoming, polished, and consistent experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office
Order and manage supplies (snacks, beverages, office materials)
Handle light daily upkeep (kitchen, dishwasher, general tidiness)
Ensure the office environment reflects a high standard of care
Coordinate client meetings using Excel and Outlook
Assist with calendar management and confirmations
Support general administrative needs across the team
Plan and execute client-facing events (e.g., appreciation events, vendor coordination)
Organize internal team events and outings
Communicate with vendors, manage logistics, and ensure smooth execution
Leverage past templates/processes to streamline planning
Assist with email campaigns (Constant Contact or similar tools)
Create simple, polished visuals using Canva
Help maintain communication lists and outreach efforts

Is
detail-oriented and highly organized
Is comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office, email tools, etc.)

5+ years in an administrative, office, hospitality, or client-facing role
Experience in environments where
service and relationships matter
A track record of
stability and longevity
in previous roles

Not a purely behind-the-scenes admin job
Not a role for someone who prefers minimal interaction
