Position
1099 Subcontractor Window AND Bathroom Installer Needed!
Responsibilities
Comply with YHIC engineering specifications as well as regulatory code requirements, safety procedures, & technique.
Review the contract folder and all instructions/drawings before leaving on assignments to clarify work to be completed.
Responsible for the installation of the windows, doors, exterior/interior trim, and apply clean caulking line; ensure a YHIC quality job is completed in a safe and timely manner.
Professionally interact with YHIC customers while maintaining the integrity of YHIC's reputation.
Ensure the vehicle being driven is fully equipped with all necessary parts, products, tools, and resources necessary to complete assigned projects.
Bending aluminum/use of a brake.
Assist with the unloading of delivery trucks.
Large amounts of heavy lifting and the ability to unload vendor trucks.
Basic construction skills required.
Ability to use a tape measure, understand a level, and be able to use basic power tools.
Qualifications
Must have window installation experience.
Must have experience using a metal brake.
Truck and enclosed trailer, planks/ladders/pump jack/scaffolding, hand tools, brake table.
General liability insurance.
Workmen's Comp.
Your own truck, tools, and a large trailer to transport materials from the warehouse to the jobsite and haul away debris.
Contractor's License.
EPA Lead Certification.
