JOB SUMMARY
The Graphic Designer II will support the US Creative team by developing and delivering high-quality design assets across marketing, retail, e-commerce, PR, and social channels. This role involves creating both digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Creative & Design Support
Support marketing, retail, e-commerce, PR, social, education, and internal teams with creative assets
Develop materials including product launch assets, promotions, kits, invitations, emails, website visuals, digital ads, and presentations
Brand & Rebranding Initiatives
Support rebranding efforts by updating printed collateral such as consumer cards, booklets, regimen cards, and brand books
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
Digital & eCommerce Design
Design and produce assets for eCommerce including emails, website content, and campaign updates
Create digital marketing assets such as social media content, videos, and online visuals
Print & Promotional Materials
Design printed collateral including mailers, sell sheets, insert cards, and promotional kits
Develop price lists, newsletters, and marketing communication materials
Campaign & Production Support
Provide art direction for photo shoots (GWP campaigns)
Manage production of campaign assets including site graphics, social content, and email creatives
Collaboration & Project Management
Collaborate with global and US marketing teams
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Maintain high standards of quality and brand integrity
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills
Experience with digital marketing, social media, and eCommerce design
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
EXPERIENCE 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or marketing design
EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
