We are seeking enthusiastic and committed teachers to join our experiential learning summer camp team! In this role, you will lead engaging, hands‑on classes that inspire curiosity and a lifelong love of learning in areas such as technology, design, journalism, cooking, theater, and more.
Our camps are known for being highly engaging, creative, and memorable. The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, reliable, and excited to create a fun, inclusive learning environment. Prior teaching or camp counseling experience is strongly preferred.
This is a great opportunity for school‑year teachers, coaches, or educators looking to earn additional income during the summer.
Locations: Manchester, MA; Danvers, MA; Concord, MA; Southborough, MA; Weston, MA
Camp Dates & Programs
Weeks: Between June 15th – August 21st.
Schedule Full‑time options:
Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Half‑day options:
Hours: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Information:
Format: On‑site; must commute to campus
Must follow all school health and safety protocols
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons using our provided curriculum
Foster interactive, hands‑on learning experiences
Support individual student learning and engagement
Collaborate with fellow instructors, parents, and stakeholders
Participate in regular staff meetings
Qualifications
Proven experience as a teacher, tutor, or camp counselor
Strong classroom management and engagement skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to follow school policies and procedures
Background check required
