Position Summary KSM’s multimedia production specialist manages the creation and execution of engaging video and multimedia content that supports KSM’s brand, recruiting, marketing, and communication goals. This role blends video production and motion graphics to create and adapt content across formats, including long‑form video, short‑form social media assets, and webinar content. Working closely with teams across the firm, this role contributes content ideas and helps ensure multimedia content is aligned with campaign goals, brand standards, and audience needs.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end video production projects, including concept development, pre‑production, filming, editing, and post‑production

Contribute ideas for new content formats and storytelling approaches to support marketing and recruiting efforts

Develop scripts, storyboards, and visual concepts to translate ideas into clear, engaging video and multimedia content

Capture high‑quality video, including interviews, b‑roll, and event coverage

Manage and coordinate video shoots, including scheduling, set‑up, interviewing, and directing participants to ensure high‑quality production

Create and incorporate motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling and engagement across video and digital content

Repurpose and optimize video and webinar content for short‑form clips, social media assets, and campaign‑ready content for digital channels such as email and web

Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing team members to ensure multimedia content aligns with KSM’s visual identity and campaign goals

Manage and maintain an organized library of video and multimedia assets to support consistency, accessibility, and reuse

Review basic performance metrics to help inform future content improvements

Leverage emerging tools, including AI‑enabled creative technologies, to enhance efficiency and quality in multimedia production

Stay current with video production trends, technologies, and social media best practices to bring fresh ideas to KSM’s content strategy

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in video production, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

3–5 years of experience in video or multimedia production preferred

Portfolio demonstrating video, motion graphics, and multimedia work required

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and other video and motion graphics tools

Skilled in camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording

Drone flying certification is a plus

Ability to effectively direct others, interview subjects, and put interviewees at ease in front of the camera

Strong understanding of storytelling, visual composition, and branding

Ability to adapt content across formats and channels to maximize reach and engagement

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams

Ability to travel occasionally and work outside of standard business hours as needed for video shoots and events
