Work Hours: 80 Hours Bi-weekly
Salary Range: $25.94 to $45.93 Per Hour

Required Education, Experience, Licensure(s)/Certification(s), Skills etc.
Experience in valuation and data collection of residential properties
Currently Licensed or Certified Appraiser preferred
Must meet State of Ohio requirements to become a Licensed/Certified Appraiser
Summary of Job Duties
Perform field work to verify data or collect new property information
Ability to measure residential improvements
Ability to read and interpret residential blueprints and plat maps
Ability to work efficiently and prioritize work assignments
Proven, reliable attendance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and/or Microsoft Office tools support
Positive attitude and desire to learn
