Intro:
You will be a key member in our team responsible to maintain a good relationship with our clients and provide professional company secretarial services with core areas of responsibility.
Responsibilities
Act as a relationship manager with clients
Provide advisory service to clients on company secretarial matters
Proactively seek new ideas and innovative solutions to support clients, identify opportunities for operational improvement to enhance efficiency
Handle a full spectrum of company secretarial matters for a portfolio of SPV / fund clients professionally, including:
Incorporation and deregistration of companies
Preparation of minutes & resolutions etc.
Managing and organizing statutory filings
Reviewing agreements and contracts
Managing changes in shareholdings and directorships
Assisting with compliance and onboarding procedures
Other ad‑hoc projects
Qualifications
Degree or diploma holder in business administration, corporate governance or a related discipline
Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in a professional firm or law firm
Experience handling SPV / fund portfolio is preferred
HKCGI/CGI membership is an advantage
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
Independent, meticulous, proactive, attentive to details, self‑motivated, keen to learn
Adaptable to new challenges with excellent communication skills
