Meet the team behind this journey The Sales Operations & Strategy team acts as trusted strategic advisors, enabling predictable and sustainable revenue growth through data‑driven insights and scalable solutions across sales, finance, marketing, and other cross‑functional partners.

Your Responsibilities Go‑to‑Market Strategy & Planning

Co‑design and implement go‑to‑market and operational plans, including sales coverage models, productivity targets, territory design, and account assignments to support predictable, scalable growth.

Support annual budgeting and planning processes, ensuring alignment between strategy, capacity, and revenue targets.

Strategic Partnership & Change Leadership

Drive and support transformation and change initiatives across regions, leading cross‑functional programs that improve sales effectiveness and operational scalability.

Act as a trusted advisor to regional sales leadership, providing insight and recommendations grounded in data.

Forecasting, Pipeline & Performance Management

Own active monitoring of key sales KPIs, delivering high‑quality analysis and insights to support senior leadership decision‑making.

Lead pipeline development and monitoring, identifying coverage gaps and assessing the effectiveness of pipeline generation programs.

Executive & Leadership Enablement

Prepare executive‑level presentations and management materials, including quarterly business reviews, and present insights to senior leadership.

Provide leadership coverage when sales leaders are unavailable, including delivering forecasts, leading QBRs, and representing the regional sales perspective.

Strategic Project Ownership & Global Scalability

Own and drive strategic projects end‑to‑end, from ideation and business case development to global execution and impact measurement.

Proactively challenge existing processes and propose innovative, tech‑forward solutions that drive competitive advantage.

Communication & Alignment

Serve as a two‑way conduit between central functional teams and regional sales, clearly communicating global priorities while representing regional needs, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements Education

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Economics).

Experience 5+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategic Consulting, or Financial Planning & Analysis.
