About the Role Turn your passion for beauty and service into a rewarding career as a Beauty Advisor/Sales Associate at European Wax Center. You will educate guests on waxing benefits, schedule and confirm appointments, manage guest flow, and work in a fun, fast‑paced environment with flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
Educate guests on the benefits of waxing and our wax packages
Schedule and confirm appointments and manage guest flow throughout the day
Provide a fun, upbeat, and welcoming experience for guests
Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to meet peak demand
Meet sales goals and participate in performance incentive programs
Compensation and Training Hourly pay with unlimited sales bonus and performance incentives. The role includes comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement.
