Multi‑Specialty Portfolio Specialist/Associate Portfolio Specialist . The role is field‑based and focuses on achieving sales goals within primary care, urology, and women’s health in an assigned geographic territory. Candidates should have a proven record in specialty biopharmaceuticals and thrive in a nimble organization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Deliver Results

Business Planning and Execution

Develop and execute a business plan aligned to the sales strategy to achieve results.

Prioritize and call on the appropriate customers at the optimal frequency to change prescribing behaviors.

Demonstrate effective pre‑call planning prior to HCP engagement to establish a clear purpose for the sales call.

Impactful Selling

Move customers along the adoption continuum by driving market share growth.

Engage in two‑way dialogue with customers, employing selling skills to generate dialogue, identify needs, and practice active listening.

Employ patient‑type selling with approved messaging and resources.

Key Core Competencies

Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in an assigned geography or relevant experience.

Successful in all aspects of selling: clinical expertise, selling skills, and an in‑depth understanding of the local ecosystem.

Ability to analyze and effectively present scientific/technical details and marketing materials.

Proficient knowledge of payer landscape (commercial, Medicaid, Medicare) or relevant experience.

Ability to analyze complex data to develop strategic, actionable business plans.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficient with technology platforms and business hardware/software.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business or Life Sciences.

Associate Portfolio Specialist: 0‑3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or relevant experience.

Portfolio Specialist: 3‑5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or relevant experience.

Travel within territory required; may include car and overnight air travel, plus periodic national travel to corporate headquarters, training, product theaters, and sales meetings.

Work hours may include meetings scheduled outside normal working hours.

Salary & Benefits The base salary range for the Associate role is $84,000 to $105,000. The base salary range for the Portfolio Specialist role is $108,000 to $135,000. Total compensation will depend on each candidate’s experience, skills, education, and other factors permissible by law.

Benefits include merit‑based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, and leave policies in line with state laws. A robust time‑off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays, additional time off during the last week of December, and 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and annually thereafter.

Travel Requirements Primarily remote role with periodic on‑site meetings in the office. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Drug Screening Requirements Applicants for sales/field, manufacturing, or other designated roles will be required to submit to a pre‑employment drug test.
