Screen Print Production Lead , you will be responsible for driving our high-volume apparel decoration operations and ensuring that every piece of custom gear meets our high quality standards. Located just minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, our Millvale facility is a fast-paced environment where the

sets the pace for excellence, stability, and professional craftsmanship. What You’ll Do
As our
Screen Print Production Lead , your primary responsibilities include: Press Operation:
Run M&R automatic lines and manual presses to produce retail-quality apparel. Setup & Registration:
Manage complex multi-color setups and precise screen alignment. Technical Calibration:
Select appropriate inks and curing temperatures for various fabrics (Cotton, Polyester, Blends). Quality Control:
Catch and correct defects mid-run to ensure every piece meets our standards. Team Collaboration:
Work with our production staff to hit deadlines and maintain a positive workflow. What We’re Looking For
The ideal
Screen Print Production Lead
candidate will possess: Experience:
2+ years of automatic or manual screen-printing experience. Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of color theory and multi-color registration. Detail-Oriented:
A passion for precision and a "get it right the first time" attitude. Reliability:
