Job Summary As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering a personalized and memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will use your expertise and enthusiasm to guide clients through their purchase journey, ensuring they find the perfect piece that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences

Provide expert advice on jewelry pieces, including diamonds, gemstones, and watches

Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with clients

Achieve individual and team sales goals

Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings

Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and well‑organized

Qualifications

Previous sales experience, preferably in the jewelry industry

A genuine passion for jewelry and helping customers

Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills

Detail‑oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Strong communication skills

Strong computer skills

Ability to multitask

Positive attitude

Self‑starter with solid time‑management skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Honesty and trustworthiness is a must

Working Conditions

The Sales Consultant will be required to work weekends, holidays, and events.

The work environment can be fast‑paced and high‑pressure, especially during the holidays and shows.

Stand for long periods.

Bend, stoop, and lift.
