The Role
Lead process improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for re‑engineering, optimization, and automation
Partner with stakeholders across Investment Services to assess current‑state workflows and design scalable, tech‑enabled solutions
Drive the development of reporting and dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) to enhance decision‑making and operational visibility
Build and implement automation solutions that reduce operational risk and improve efficiency at scale
Translate business challenges into strategic, technology‑enabled roadmaps
Conduct industry research on emerging automation trends and best practices
Experience
10+ years of experience within financial services, ideally supporting Investment Services or Investment Operations
Proven track record of modernizing business processes using automation, data analytics, and technology solutions
Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboarding and reporting (critical requirement)
Experience leading automation initiatives using both Agile and traditional methodologies
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Deep understanding of operational risk, internal controls, and process optimization
Investment Management or Asset Management experience is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
