As a Customer Service Representative with a focus on Mobile Repair, you will use your communication and problem-solving skills to nurture and maintain relationships with customers who use our mobile services and strengthen connections between Spectrum and its customers. Responsibilities
Interact with customers through inbound calls to resolve topics such as mobile service activation, billing questions, rate and fee inquiries, order and payment processing, account updates, and subscriber challenges. Provide knowledgeable and efficient customer service by learning about mobile products, services, and billing processes. Resolve mobile customer inquiries while creating best-in-class customer experiences. Work independently in an open, friendly environment while collaborating with a supportive, energetic team. Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Preferred Qualifications
Experience: 6+ months of customer service experience; 6+ months of working with software applications; 6+ months of high-volume phone experience in customer service or a call center; 6+ months of working in cable operations, mobile, or telecommunications call center Technical Skills: MS Office, computer skills, typing Skills: Communication, organization, time management, multi-tasking, customer service Abilities: Dependable, proactive, adaptable, problem-solving, professional, resilient Benefits and Employment Information
