Data Entry Clerk – Homestead, FL
Q-Lab Corporation is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk in Homestead, FL. Reporting to the Global Office Manager, this fully onsite position will provide documentation and data entry support across cross‑functional teams, ensuring that needed actions are taken efficiently, correctly, and on time.
Utilizing various in‑house systems and Excel, the Data Entry Clerk will transfer data accurately across the required systems.
Responsibilities
Data entry of test details and task scheduling across multiple systems
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of entered data by comparing it with source documents and correcting errors
Set up evaluation reports so that service results can be recorded
Generate test documentation, either virtually or in print, for operations
File, virtually and physically, test documentation, as needed
Provide timely communication of system errors and follow‑up on open items
Provide occasional administrative support
Required Skills and Qualifications
High degree of experience in data entry, both in Excel and in other management software systems
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Desired Skills
Highly skilled use of Excel – ability to generate pivot tables, utilize Excel formulas, etc.
Experience in beta testing/software testing and effectively communicating issues and bugs
