Business Development - Home Care Sales - Requirements Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required (associate or bachelor’s preferred).
At least 2+ years of healthcare experience.
Must have strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask and problem-solve.
Knowledge of HIPAA and professionalism.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners while actively conducting in-person meetings, presentations, and networking.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive referrals and revenue, while using CRM tools to track performance and outcome.
