
Consumer Loan Processor I

Position Title: Consumer Loan Processor I
Reports To: Retail Credit Systems Administrator
Responsibilities:
Uploading direct consumer loans to the core system through LaserPro
Accepts and verifies accuracy of indirect contracts submitted by dealerships and inputs into computer system
Manages the indirect contract funding process and sends out funding email to dealerships
Updates loan data into the financial institution’s computer system, and assembling of documentation for customer loans.
Assists with collateral lien perfection tracking on consumer loans
Performs variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures
Answering departmental telephones and assisting external and internal customers with inquiries
Assists with Termination Statement / Lien Release process
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma required
Previous banking experience preferred
Skills:
Must present a positive, friendly attitude both in person and on the phone
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Software, Xperience, and Synergy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize meeting deadlines
