Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milwaukee, WI. As a Cabinet Maker at Wauwatosa Cabinet Works LLC, you will be responsible for constructing, and assembling custom cabinets, millwork, and casework. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting project specifications, crafting custom pieces using a variety of woodworking tools, conducting quality control inspections, and collaborating with team members to ensure designs meet client expectations. The role also involves maintaining a safe and organized workspace and delivering work that upholds the company’s standards of excellence. Qualifications
3+ years experience in a full service cabinet shop Proficiency in Millwork and Carpentry techniques Experienced in Cabinetry and Woodworking for custom projects Experienced in all phases of installation Finishing experience will be a huge plus Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications Familiarity with operating and maintaining woodworking tools and machinery Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification in a related field is beneficial
