Member Service Specialist (MSS)
to help members secure their financial future. We’re looking for an enthusiastic representative to join our growing team at Floridacentral Credit Union.
Primary Responsibilities:
Loan Counseling:
Advise members on auto loans, credit cards, home equity lines, and first mortgages.
Account Management:
Open and maintain checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs.
Financial Education:
Deliver personalized guidance to help members make informed financial decisions.
Sales & Service:
Promote credit union products and services, meeting goals while prioritizing member needs.
Brand Ambassador:
Represent the credit union in-branch and in the community, building trust and lasting relationships.
What You Bring:
Experience in
loan origination
and
account management .
Strong
communication skills
with a
customer-first mindset .
A passion for
community engagement
and building member relationships.
A
sales and goal-driven attitude
with an ability to keep members’ needs met.
