Compensation
Base Salary: $52,000
Weekly Guarantee: $1,000
Average First‑Year Earnings: $60,000
Average Second‑Year Earnings: $75,000
Paid Weekly
Commissions: Percentage of route volume
Full‑Time – Mondays to Fridays (typical start 5:00‑5:30 am)
40+ hours per week
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction on your assigned route.
Deliver to and pick up products from multiple customers each day, ranging from small businesses to major corporate locations.
Use customer‑service and sales skills to naturally grow your route and earning potential.
Build and foster effective, consistent working relationships with existing customers.
Create opportunities to upsell and grow the existing customer base, resulting in increased commissions.
Introduce new products to your customers.
Qualifications – What you’ll need
21 years of age or older
Valid, non‑commercial driver’s license in the state of residence and reliable transportation
Must meet pre‑employment DOT physical requirements
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Strong communication and language skills
Basic computer proficiency
Prior customer service, route sales, or delivery experience (preferred)
