Twin Rivers, a 108 unit HUD Section 8 elderly property, is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations, compliance, and resident services.
Responsibilities
Manage property operations and staff
Ensure HUD/Section 8 compliance
Process certifications/recertifications and manage waitlist
Oversee rent collection, delinquency, and reporting
Coordinate with maintenance and address resident concerns
Qualifications
Property management experience required
HUD/Section 8 experience preferred
Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
Experience with property management software (OneSite a plus)
Job Type: Full-time / Monday - Friday
Pay: $41,600-$52,000 per year
