Responsibilities The Retail Banker plays a vital role in the branch team, consistently delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service. Primary responsibilities include:
Consistently selling Bank services and products
Making qualified referrals to Bank partners
Providing support to the branch as needed
Listening, analyzing, and interpreting data to resolve problems and build strong customer relationships
Professional Experience A minimum of 2 years of banking experience is required. Ability to work at various locations if necessary and computer literacy are required.
Educational Experience High school diploma or GED and/or one year certificate from college or technical school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation The hiring pay range for this position is $19.85 to $36.09 per hour. In addition to the base salary, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role and includes factors such as geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
