Responsibilities
Under direct supervision of Branch Management, recommend Associated Bank products to existing customers and prospects. Identify, expand and deepen customer relationships through profiling and then recommend appropriate deposit and lending products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service through efficient and accurate processing of customer transactions and fulfilling service requests. Support the operational integrity of the branch. Demonstrate proficiency with all customer channels including digital technology. Achieve individual and branch team goals.
Work across multiple branch locations as needed to meet the expectations of our branch and customers.
This position requires a credit check per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z.
Operate in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering and S.A.F.E. Act requirements. Submit required information to meet registry requirements, obtain a unique identifier, and maintain registration as directed by the S.A.F.E Act.
Assist the Bank Manager as needed and act as a mentor and trainer for other Bankers within an office or region. May perform sales coaching and help prepare reports and sales aids. Participate in community and business functions to ensure a positive image for the bank within the market.
Open and close retail bank activities, perform routine functions in preparation for start or end of day activities including ATM balancing and servicing.
Qualifications
Education : High School or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required.
Experience : 2-4 years customer-facing sales and/or service experience. Required.
2-5 years working in a sales and goals-based environment with strong customer service focus. Preferred.
Licenses and Certifications : Other Banker Certification by start date. Required.
