We have incredible customers who, over the course of 25 years, have become loyal fans of our brand. These customers are more like partners in the important work we do to design, equip, and train the best dental offices across North America.
We are looking for a self-driven Architectural Designer that is organized, excited and passionate about design to help bring thoughtful and functional spaces to life. This role supports the design and development of some of the top-performing dental offices in the country through drafting, design development, project documentation, and collaboration with team members to ensure projects move smoothly from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs based on client goals, input, and feedback
Participate in programming, schematic design, and design development phases
Produce plans, sections, elevations, and details to communicate architectural design and construction intent
Collaborate with managers, production staff, marketing, and clients to support projects from concept through construction
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project goals and client expectations are met
Present design proposals and project details to clients, clearly explaining scope, costs, and objectives
Assess project feasibility by researching design requirements, technology, regulations, and market considerations
Interpret architectural, engineering, and construction drawings
Stay current on design trends, construction practices, and emerging technologies through industry research and professional development
Assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience using Computer-aided design (CAD) software like Revit and AutoCAD
Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as Enscape, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Bluebeam, Google Slides, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of building codes, inspection regulations, and construction methods
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Career Path While this role focuses on supporting the design and development of architectural projects, it also offers strong potential for professional growth within the company. Architectural Designers have the opportunity to expand their skills, take on increasing project responsibilities, and grow into leadership roles over time. With experience, this position can evolve into a Senior Designer role, where you would oversee and mentor other designers, contribute to design strategy, and play a key role in shaping the creation of innovative and functional spaces.
Your Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package along with a comprehensive benefits program that includes health insurance, dental insurance, company-paid vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and a generous paid time off (PTO) package.
