Responsibilities
Manage and organize daily schedules and calendars to ensure efficient time management.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and promptness.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist with organizing events, meetings, and other company activities.
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
