Property leasing and administration Regular on-site attendance Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease Close sales through appointments, lead generation, tours, model units, and follow-up Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in Assist with lease audits, unit walkthroughs, and turn processes Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours Use established sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, maintain closing ratios, and achieve leasing goals Perform various administrative tasks as needed Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction Assist in resident retention initiatives (events, promotions, monthly newsletter, etc.) Contribute to general upkeep of office, common areas, and model Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach Review market surveys/analysis to generate ideas and plans Maintain knowledge of property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market survey Provide excellent customer service and monitor service-request turnaround Represent the community positively to support property objectives and public recognition Ensure consistency in dealings with residents on all matters Enforce community policies as delegated Education/Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Physical Requirements
Regular mobility to move between worksites; ability to communicate verbally and perform repetitive motions Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and ramps; may remain standing or seated for prolonged periods Occasional movement in various positions and environments; lift or move up to 25 lbs; operate tools and vehicles as needed Ability to work overtime, weekends, night hours (emergencies), and in various temperatures and outdoor conditions Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $18 per hour to $22 per hour.
