
Senior Leasing Agent

Yellow Tree, a Minneapolis-based real estate development, construction, and property management firm, is looking for a multi-site Leasing Agent to manage leasing operations at several Class-A, new construction market-rate communities in Minneapolis/Uptown. In this role, you will work with our property management and marketing teams to create strategic plans for leasing in your assigned communities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong leasing background and familiarity with technology for streamlined workflows. Essential Functions
Respond to inquiries from potential residents via phone, email, and text and schedule tours.
Conduct property tours to showcase available apartments and facilitate the leasing process.
Maintain accurate records of all traffic, including e-leads, phone calls, and walk-ins, and enter data into property management software (Entrata) daily.
Educate potential residents on the advantages of leasing at the property, process rental applications, and prepare leases for future residents.
Ensure that market-ready apartments meet the company's quality and quantity standards and conduct regular walk of model and market-ready apartments.
Stay informed on market trends and recommend strategic pricing to the corporate team.
Develop outreach and employer relationship-building efforts within the local community and maintain a positive and customer service-oriented attitude in all interactions with residents and potential residents.
Experience and Qualifications
A minimum of one year of experience leasing multi-family properties.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the ability to learn property management applications.
Knowledge of Entrata property management software is preferred.
Access to a vehicle and the ability to commute between multiple locations is required.
Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills, solid organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as a team member.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
Excellent organizational skills with proven experience in customer service.
Ability to manage time effectively, demonstrate leadership skills, and solve problems as they arise.
