We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Specialist to join our Ford dealership team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and enjoys supporting both technicians and customers with accurate parts solutions.
What You'll Do
Assist service technicians with parts inquiries and orders
Identify correct parts using Ford catalogs and systems
Process parts invoices, repair orders, and purchase orders
Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
Provide exceptional customer service at the parts counter and over the phone
What We're Looking For
Previous automotive parts experience preferred (Ford experience is a plus)
Knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology
Strong computer and inventory system skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a team-focused environment
