Job Summary
Payor Relations Specialist
plays a key role in executing provider enrollment and credentialing processes across multiple payors. This role manages inbox communications, works directly with payor representatives, supports network expansion efforts, and ensures compliance with credentialing requirements.
How You’ll Make Us Better
Manage the shared inbox by triaging incoming requests, resolving inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up with payors and internal stakeholders
Execute provider enrollment for new hires, de novo practices, and network expansion initiatives
Communicate with payors to resolve credentialing delays and discrepancies
Conduct re-credentialing and directory validation processes
Assist in analyzing payor network participation and rate structures for new practices
Maintain and update internal systems with accurate payor and credentialing data
Collaborate with coordinator to ensure timely and complete application submissions
Communicate with clinics to answer questions
Your Special Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Prerequisites For Success
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
3+ years of experience in payor enrollment, provider credentialing, or healthcare revenue cycle, preferably with dental insurance payors
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
Experience managing high-volume inboxes and coordinating responses
