Position Overview The Customer Service Representatives explain shooting options available that day and future days; sell targets and collect appropriate fees; make proper change; give customer the proper amount of tokens or load sale to Promatic card when applicable; answer phone calls; fill out daily report forms; file Facility Use Agreements and make appropriate arrangements for the event based on the needs of the lessee, including contact with personnel needed to staff for scheduled shoots; light housekeeping as needed; stock office supplies as needed, handle shipping and receiving. Perform other duties as assigned which are reasonably within scope of duties enumerated above.
Essential Functions
Explain events in detail to customers, in person, email and over the phone.
Sell targets, collect appropriate fees, make proper change, turn in the proper amount of revenue to manager.
Provide customers with proper number of coins/targets or loaded Promatic card when needed.
Send/receive emails and assist with event staffing calls as directed by manager.
Complete daily report forms and daily clerical duties.
Perform light housekeeping and stocking of supplies, as needed.
Perform other WSRC duties as assigned which are reasonably within scope of duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to a minimum of an 8th grade education.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefers knowledge of basic office equipment, personal computers, and can create a Word document or Excel spreadsheet.
Prefers ability to understand and follow simple oral and written instructions.
Willingness to learn shooting discipline rules and regulations.
Employment Conditions
Minimum of 16 years old possessing a valid driver’s license.
Requires ability to legally be around firearms.
Requires physical condition and ability to perform position responsibilities.
Requires availability to work most weekends, with some nights or holidays for events.
Ability to work schedule to meet the needs of the WSRC with some long shifts up to 10 hours.
Requires completion of a background check and self‑disclosure criminal history.
