Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions.
Sometimes work with the food program.
Work around the store (inside and out) to maintain high standards for store appearance.
Provide fast, friendly service to customers.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Required Skills
Excellent customer care skills.
Excellent communication and friendly conversation.
Quick pace while having fun.
Teamwork to accomplish daily goals.
Problem solving and suggestion initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
Retail and customer service experience.
Experience as a sales associate or cashier.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Motivation to advance in career.
Willingness to learn and have fun.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push/pull up to 20 pounds.
Bend at waist with twisting up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, including ladder work.
