We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Parts Counter Sales Person to join our rapidly expanding team. As a Parts Counter Person you will be responsible for providing vehicle parts and/or accessories to our professional technicians and retail customers while providing exceptional customer service.
Daily Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors.
Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
Provide our Advisors and Technicians parts inquiry pricing and availability in a timely manner.
Process and fill back counter technician parts orders.
Gain superior product knowledge and understanding of vehicle components through available factory training to effectively help customers, advisors, and technicians.
Assist with the daily inventory.
Assist in maintaining perpetual inventories.
Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the service counter, work area, and stockroom.
Qualifications
Previous parts advisor experience preferred.
Familiarity with common Automotive DMS systems.
Understand basic automotive components and systems.
Automotive dealership service experience is a plus.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
Comfortable standing for long periods of time.
Able to lift 40lbs unassisted.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Working knowledge of computers.
Be at least 18 years of age.
