Job Overview As the Social Media & Influencer Intern, you’ll be part of Eva NYC’s Consumer Engagement team, supporting the brand across social and creator partnerships. You’ll be responsible for community management, trend tracking, content creation, creator sourcing, and overall campaign execution—helping us create standout content and build a culturally relevant presence.
Location:
Brooklyn, NY (onsite 3 days a week. Must have the right to live and work in the US)
Hourly rate:
$17 per hour
Hours:
40 hours per week
Duration:
6 months
Responsibilities
Support communications across Eva NYC’s social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
Actively engage with the community by liking, commenting, and responding to messages and mentions
Identify new content opportunities, trends, and conversation starters across social platforms
Pull weekly and monthly community insights to inform high‑level strategy decisions
Assist with product send out coordination from warehouse and office
Assist with content calendar and organization of content, copy, and briefs
Help with BTS content capture during shoots, events, and at the office
Support team with community initiatives inclusive of events, giveaways, challenges, and more
Maintain Influencer Creator IQ address book and keep up to date
Support & maintain secondary social platforms to ensure a consistent brand presence
Monitor social platforms for UGC & potential new creators
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
Ability to report to Eva NYC Dumbo HQ two days a week for in‑office support
Strong interest in social media, digital culture, and the beauty industry
Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
Knowledge/previousexperience with CreatorIQ and Dash Hudson is a plus!
Familiarity with creators and influencers within the Beauty Space
Strong understanding of social trends, memes, and trending audio
Confident behind the camera and in front of it
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
Basic experience with content creation tools such as Canva or CapCut
Interest in UGC, creator partnerships, and social analytics
Ability to multitask and collaborate in a fast‑paced creative environment
You’re chronically online – you know what’s trending and why
You’re naturally creative – coming up with new ideas & styles
You’re detail obsessed – ensuring accurate and correct content before it goes live
You’re collaborative – enjoy working with different teams on various projects
