About the Role We’re looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join our General Contracting team! In this role, you’ll support the Superintendent overseeing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to our quality standards. This is a great opportunity to grow your construction leadership skills while contributing to high‑impact commercial projects.
What You’ll Do
Support day‑to‑day jobsite operations alongside the Superintendent.
Assist in scheduling subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to keep the project on track.
Participate in site coordination, logistics, and safety meetings.
Walk the site daily to monitor safety and performance; complete safety audits.
Help manage and maintain field documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and compliance records.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve field issues.
Track punch lists and support project closeout to ensure smooth turnover.
Maintain a professional jobsite and reinforce quality expectations.

Qualifications
Education
– Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Associate (AS) degree in Business Administration, Construction Management or similar.
Experience
– Required: Minimum of two (2) years of field experience at a construction company. Preferred: Minimum of three (3) years field experience at a construction company as a Foreman or equivalent role.
Additional Information
Competitive salary based on experience.

All offers of employment will be contingent on passing a mandatory background check.
Pay Range 67,751 – 91,662 USD per year (US).
