This is a full-time, in-office work position that requires flexible hours, as well as occasional after-hours and weekend work depending on property emergencies. In order to successfully fulfill the Property Manager / Leasing position, you must be able to work under pressure, demanding timelines and with a positive attitude. The position will work out of our Anaheim office. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for assigned properties, encompassing tenant communications, lease administration, vendor management, and property maintenance coordination. Responsibilities include financial management, such as budget preparation and rent collection, as well as property inspections and compliance with local regulations. The role also involves addressing tenant concerns, managing property improvements, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of properties while maximizing tenant satisfaction and property value. Qualifications

Prior Leasing experience preferred Property management skills, including lease administration, tenant relations, and property inspections Ability to handle budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection tasks Vendor management and facility maintenance coordination experience Knowledge of local real estate regulations and compliance requirements Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in property management software and related technology California real estate license or willingness to obtain one is preferred Prior experience in commercial or residential property management is a plus
